Your health and wellness are essential components of your life. How can you life a good life and reach your highest self if your body and mind are suffering? You can’t! So, it’s important to take care of yourself every day.
Of course, I’m not a doctor or any sort of health professional – so please do your own research before making changes to your diet and lifestyle. That is the only way you’ll be able to make informed decisions about what’s best for your body, mind, and spirit.
That being said… I have been on an incredible journey over the past year with my health (and weight loss) that has made me feel more vibrant than ever! I’ve also been on a journey to improve my mental health as someone with autism and borderline personality disorder.
